Cleaning Standard

Starter supplies are provided for your arrival. Additional supplies are the guest’s
responsibility.
Pool heating is available for $30 per day and must be requested in advance.
Linens and bath/pool towels are provided. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request at no additional cost.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Towels & Linens: Excessive stains (makeup, oils, self-tanner, hair dye, etc.) or damage may result in a replacement fee: $10 per bath towel or bed linen and $5 per hand towel or washcloth.
• Grill rental available for $80 per stay. Please request in advance so we can confirm availability.

Unauthorized parties, smoking, illegal substances, or excessive noise may result in
additional fees, involvement of community security, or immediate removal without refund.
